Workout data (activity type, strain, heart rate, duration)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to provide you with personalized health analytics and visualizations within the WHOOP Dashboard application. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal health data to any third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in an encrypted database. OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the client. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Data Retention

Your health data is retained as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by revoking OAuth access through the WHOOP app or contacting us directly.

5. Third-Party Services

This application integrates with the WHOOP API. Your use of WHOOP's services is governed by WHOOP's Privacy Policy. We do not integrate with any other third-party analytics or advertising services.
